  • The Taborsky DP40 roof tile is installed on a timber substructure.

    The profile sheets are laid from the eaves to the ridge and fastened with self-drilling roof screws. The correct substructure spacing is important here!
    Important installation principles:

    • Screwing on the corrugation crest
    • Fastening in the plane of the lower stamping
    • approx. 6–7 screws per m² of roof area
    • Matching ridge, verge, and eaves components ensure a professional roof covering

    Detailed instructions are provided in the official installation manual.

  • The length of the Taborsky DP40 roof tile is manufactured according to the parts list. This means that lengths are made to measure between 550 mm and 6,100 mm. The cover width of the roof tiles is fixed and amounts to 1,000 mm.

    If the roof is longer, the roof tile profiles must be joined transversely.

  • Yes. Snow protection accessories are available for the Taborsky DP40 roof tile.
    Matching snow protection elements are part of the accessories and can be installed on the roof tile profile in a system-compliant manner.

  • The Taborsky DP40 roof tile combines the appearance of classic roof tiles with the advantages of an industrially manufactured roof system:

    • very low weight per unit area (approx. 0.048 kN/m²)
    • high dimensional stability of the surface
    • lengths up to 6,100 mm (project-specific)
    • longitudinal overlaps with an additional water trap

    This results in significant differences:

    • large-format sheets instead of individual roof tiles
    • uniform appearance over the entire roof
    • less installation effort and shorter construction time
